In order to enter respiratory training, chanting mind knowledge, at first, we have to know meditation. An insecure body cannot circulate air and the children world is difficult to integrate because they have to be growth up. Adults who are so busy and cannot have secure mind are also difficult to enter meditation. Some people who want to revenge and become rude, dishonest… also cannot enter meditation. I will not comment a lot about moral principles, just know that meditation just has favor for people having pure mind, devoted and kind heart, harmonious in life. We know how to carry out all of them but we do not carry out, thus, no one can look down on us. Things which we carry out is favorable to the nature, favorable to them human being. Our human dignity is decent, our will is strong, and we will overcome all difficulties in life, still having our sincerity… We are approaching the mind of the human being, we are entering meditation
Meditation:
Let’s have some free minutes. Just sit in a relaxing position. You may lean on the chair, arms and legs stretch without any stress, your eyes are half closed. You can lay straightly on bed, your head is on a thin pillow, your legs stretch out naturally, your arms is along your body… you can also walk in the garden, wood, spring… However, it is best when sitting on a chair, your knees makes a perpendicular, let’s forget everything of normal person in a few minutes. Let’s spread you soul without thinking in a few minutes. You feel that you have just taken a bath, the cool air is flowing from you head to your legs and to the earth.
You have to remember that when entering meditation as well as air science, you should be neither so full nor so hungry, the human being has to be clean, light and relaxed. The place you stay has to be fresh, not too sunny, and not too cold; there is breeze, not too dark, not too humid… Let’s look at the watch; if you let the mind free without thinking of anything for 1 minute, it is very good. A minute of tranquility is so precious to us. Connecting each of these minutes is making our brain to be used to non intention and non action theory, 5 minutes of meditation is very difficult because we are forcing our brain to operate like us. Nerve, let’s slow down, let’s not reflex and communicate because we are in the tranquil state of meditation. Nerve, let’s calm down, and forget sad memories, hardship in work, work wars and sentiments in love.
Let’s lengthen the time of meditation to 5 minutes, 10 minutes or half an hour. This practicing procedure will maintain forever during our rest life. There are some people who can sit for a very long time without eating or drinking. However, we only need 2-3 times a day, each time about 15 minutes or half an hour is all right. Our focus is the ability of changing the nerve state, from working to tranquil state (soft working). Then, when entering respiratory training, we can approach Plasma state, meaning perfect tranquility, almost forever.
The tranquil state of the nerve or nearly that can lengthen within some free hours. After 10 minutes of sitting, we can walk water trees in garden, watch a movie, read some newspaper. Or even work to earn money. The importance is that we can orient the mind to forget the past and fill it with peaceful faith in life today. In our brain, there are some small things which are analyzed for a long time, sad stories such as unsuccessful in work, in life, in family is a stress for our mind. The analysis of the brain proves an excessive dependence to the surroundings. We have to wake up because all of these procedures will influence very little to our future. The analysis of the brain just makes us have many sad memories and the repetition just makes us older.
