Buddhism has the statement : « Life is the ocean of misery” which means when being born in life, we have to face a lot of hard things: such as poor parents, having no money to go to school, have to work hard to have enough money to get married, after getting married we do not have enough money for our children to go to school and stay at home to do some small stuffs, help the parents to live, those children can never have their own houses. If they live well, without doing any thing harmful, worship ancestors, Buddha, when dying, they are peaceful in the fairy land. If they are evil, steal and rob, fight, murder, when dying, they will be in the hell- they are even more suffering.

I say that : «  Happiness or sorrow depend on our mind, when being born, we know to work and consider work a true happiness, consider surrounding people a respect to live near them, help parents, help brothers and sisters, neighbors, when being free, sing, worship the ancestors, our religion. That life is so honorable. There are a lot of noble people having a lot of money, spend a lot of money, lazy, cannot do anything for the society but just depend on the money of the ancestors is so boring and shameful (that is sorrow). Workers, farmers, intellectual people work, learn, practice the body to be healthy, life is so free and generous, it is always happy. Thus, maybe, having a lot of money can be sorrowful, having less money can be happy. People who practice immortal respiratory training are all hard working, hard studying, thus, they cannot be so poor. Moreover, they live long and feel that: their mind is so fairy, their strength is so fairy too.
